1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your CodieEditor subscription at any time via your account dashboard ("My Dashboard"). Upon
cancellation, you will continue to have access to the pro features until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be applied.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new users:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full
refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used a significant amount of AI processing
credits (defined as usage of less than 10 minutes of AI video processing).
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using
the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Renewal charges (if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date).
- Partial use of a billing period.
- Dissatisfaction with the creative style of AI edits (as AI generation is subjective).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at edit@codie.space with:
- Your account email address.
- Order ID or transaction reference.
- A brief explanation of the reason for the request.
We aim to review and process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
